Breathing Fresh Air
riends to play with things to share.
un, dance, jump around, you have time to play ‘til sun goes down.
at fun snacks on the porch take a break, we worked hard.
We should share a drink.
un is beaming on our shiny face, I think we really should stay in the cool space.
ate to see the sun fade away, but still some here I’ll leave my space.
cting a fool running while it’s still cool I’m loving the sun.
n the sky I could see a piece of pie or is it the sun setting.
eally, it’s gone, how could it be? How something lovely leaves and just go be.

Down The River
I love canoeing down the river
When I see alligators it makes me shiver.
I see oaks I see pine, this place is so divine.
The air is clean there are no dirty clouds to be seen
The clouds are white the sky was pretty
It is not a bit like the city.

Trees
I walk
down the road.
I feel
leaves fall on me.
I know
where they are from.
They are from
the trees.
The trees
that bloom in spring.
The trees
that fall in fall.
The trees that make homes for birds.
The trees
that are
Wonderful!

I Love
I love my home
because I live there.
I love to go outside
because it is fun to play.
I love my cousin
because we play at the creek.
I love the creek
because we jump on the rocks.
I love outside
because it’s fun!

Practice
Practice
I get my Green Hour by playing football with my dad.
I practice and practice, I practice with my dad.
He always spends time with me.
Me and my dad love football, and football loves us.
I hope I win this contest with football.

Recycling
I love recycling
Picking up trash
That people drop
While walking.
I do this because
I want to have lots of oxygen by
Cleaning up the world,
And saving the
Plants. To help
The environment.
I enjoy recycling the trash.

Cleaning Up
Cleaning Up
I get my Green Hour by cleaning up the highway.
After the YMCA my mom comes with bags and gloves.
Now we are prepared to clean the highway.
I find wrappers, bags, cans and candy.
I feel good when I help the environment.

The Creek
The Creek
Left, right, through the trees, hopefully washing and cleaning the dirt off my knees.
Curving, turning up the shore.
Wild and wet like a crazy fish flipping flopping on a door.
Rocks here, rocks there, rocks everywhere.
Snakes, crawdads, little tadpoles.
This place is swimming, crawling, flying with animals, insects, and little tiny bugs.
